VISUAL EFFECT : PROJECT DIARY
31ST FEBRURARY 2020:
I took pictures of the settings the camera can achieve and i made a tutorial of how you can achieve these settings by clicking which buttons and how you use it.
The things that went good for this project is everything.
3RD FEBRURARY 2020:
I researched about three point lighting and wrote about how you can achieve these different lighting settings i put pictures next to information for reference.
14TH FEBRURARY 2020:
13TH MARCH 2020:
On this date Lucy & I filmed our scenes in the recording studio with different camera angles and a green screen. We then started editing our clips so that we could remove the green and add things to the background of our clip.
The good parts of this process was us editing the clips as we were experienced with the software we were using, Lucy and I used Adobe After Effects to edit our videos by using the 'rotobrush tool.'
The parts i believe we could have done better with are the camera shots and angles as we aren't very confident with these.
To improve i plan to learn better camera angles and shots to make sure that I get everything I need in my shot.
Next lesson I am going to find a way to complete the editing process to make Lucy look like she blends in more with the scene she is placed in.
